"I qualified as a Reiki Therapist & Reflexologist 8 years ago & thoroughly enjoy practicing along with my other therapies. I enjoy learning & keep continual professional development up to date. Outside of work I am a proud mother of 2 beautiful young adults aged 23 & 19 & Nanna to the three cutest little angels. I have lots of interests including Aerial Hoop, which is great fun; I love how it challenges me & keeps me fit & strong both physically & mentally. I'm very health conscious; working out most days & eating a strict clean diet, which keeps me strong & healthy.
A big music fan; I love to sing, am very slowly learning to play the guitar & have started to write songs. I enjoy crafting & crochet, and of course spending as much time as possible with my family & friends. "

"The CNHC were set up by the government to protect the public. We do this by providing an independent UK register of complementary healthcare practitioners. Protection of the public is our sole purpose.
We set the standards that practitioners need to meet to get onto and then stay on the register. All CNHC registrants have agreed to be bound by the highest standards of conduct and have registered voluntarily. All of them are professionally trained and fully insured to practise.
We investigate complaints about alleged breaches of our Code of Conduct, Ethics and Performance. We impose disciplinary sanctions that mirror those of the statutory healthcare regulators.
We make the case to government and a wide range of organisations for the use of complementary healthcare to enhance the UK’s health and wellbeing. We raise awareness of complementary healthcare and seek to influence policy wherever possible to increase access to the disciplines we register.
CNHC is also the holder of an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, an independent body, accountable to the UK Parliament.

The Association of Reflexologists is a not-for-profit association which has been delivering excellence in reflexology for highly qualified reflexologists, healthcare providers and members of the public since 1984.
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) was established in 1984 and is a not-for-profit organisation. Today it is the foremost aspirational and independent professional association for reflexology in the UK providing support for more than five thousand members across the UK and overseas. Members of the AoR have some of the highest levels of reflexology qualification in the UK. The letters MAR after their name denotes their membership status – a sign of assurance that they have met the strictest standards of reflexology practice, they are insured to practise and that they are committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge.
